The network of JCB Plazas around the world provides personal on-the-spot support for JCB cardmembers traveling away from home, offering information, reservations, and assistance in emergencies. The JCB Plaza continues to be the enduring realization of JCB's philosophy of Service from the Heart.

Worldwide premium and discount information
JCB Shopping and Dining Passports (JSP) were developed to satisfy the specific needs of discerning cardmembers. These pocket-sized brochures, published in Japanese and English, are available for 34 areas and countries. They provide discounts and a variety of special offers at world-class boutiques, popular restaurants and leisure facilities, in addition to listing other useful information. Coupled with convenient guide maps and local directories, JSP is the ideal portable navigator for cardmembers traveling abroad.

JCB's expanding services in leisure and sports

As a travel and entertainment card, JCB is continually developing new added-value services for new markets in leisure activities and sports. One example is JCB's sponsorship of Tokyo Disneyland® since 1988, and sponsorship of Tokyo DisneySea® and Universal Studios JapanTM theme parks since 2001 to provide even more pleasure and convenience to its cardmembers. JCB supports Japan's national sport by sponsoring the Japan Sumo Association, as well as professional baseball's Central League. JCB is continuing to look for new opportunities to expand services in the highly popular areas of leisure activities and sports.

Individualized response to individual needs
JCB is constantly enhancing the breadth of its on-line communication and service channel, the JCB Internet website. Personal account information can be accessed through MyJCB, a secure, password-protected service allowing cardmembers to check their card use, balances and other statement information, change payment options, or apply for card loans anytime they wish. This service is accessible via mobile phone as well. JCB is committed to creating new ways of individualizing service to the particular customer's needs and desires, the kind of one-on-one service that is the standard for the future.
